Leon Herman were looking for a company who could improve the level of IT support service their team had access to. It was important to them to modernise their IT systems and move to the cloud, without disruption.
Within a week, the WeDo IT Services team onboarded and took over systems support. We replaced their on-premise servers with a cloud-based accounting application, as well as migrating their emails, calendars and contacts to Microsoft 365.
As well as getting the day-to-day functioning more efficiently, we implemented more robust security features, including antivirus and network security, and a disaster recovery plan.
